customer service rep. was very knowledgeable on all she was explaining to me....but also very nice. She took her time to go through all I neede to do to make the transaction go smooth. I am a new customer and will continue to be if i get my order as expected or if they informed me with any issues,concerns etc. Communication is vital and I appreciate that. Very happy so far!
