Condylox Solution is used to remove certain types of warts on the outside skin of the genital areas. This medicine is available only with your doctor's prescription.

Use Condylox Solution only as directed; a paper with information for the patient will be given to you with your filled prescription and will provide many details concerning the use of Condylox.

To apply the Condylox solution, 

• Use the applicators that come with the solution. Never reuse an applicator into the bottle.
• Apply Condylox only to the wart discussed with your doctor. It can cause severe irritation of normal skin. If you get medicine on normal skin, wash it off immediately.
• Ensure the treated area is dry before allowing the treated skin to come in contact with normal, untreated skin.
• Immediately after applying for this medicine, wash your hands to remove any medicine. Properly discard the used applicator.

Before using Condylox Solution, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: injured/irritated/inflamed skin around the treated area and recent surgery on the treated area and if you are allergic to it or have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. 

Do not have sexual intercourse on the days you have applied this medication.

The most common side effects of Condylox Solution include:

• mild skin irritation pain,
• swelling,
• burning,
• redness,
• itching,
• tingling,
• blisters, crusting, dryness, peeling,
• headache,
• dizziness,
• sleep problems (insomnia),
• unpleasant skin odor,
• vomiting, and
• pain during sex

Tell the doctor if you have any side effect that bothers you or does not go away.

What should you do if you forget the dose of Condylox Solution?

If you miss a dose of Condylox Solution, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses.

How should you store the Condylox Solution?

Store Condylox Solution in a closed container at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct light. Keep from freezing. Keep out of the reach of children.

What are the precautions of Condylox Solution?

Condylox Solution contains alcohol and, therefore, may be flammable. Do not use near heat, near open flame, or while smoking.
