• Signs of a kidney problem such as a change in your amount of urine, rapid weight gain or bloody urine
• Pancreatitis symptoms including persistent nausea or vomiting, loss of appetite, or severe pain in your abdomen, stomach, or back
• Symptoms of an allergic reaction including difficulty breathing, hives, or swelling in your face, lips, or throat

If you miss a dose of Janumet XR, you should take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, then skip your missed dose.
