• Dry mouth.

Get medical help if you have any of the following side effects of pramipexole:

• Falling asleep during daytime activities or extreme drowsiness.
• Increased urges including sexual urges or urges to gamble.
• Hallucinations.
• Unexplained muscle pain, weakness, or tenderness.
• Uncontrollable muscle tremors, twitching, or muscle movements.
• Feeling lightheaded or like you might pass out.
• Uncontrollable posture changes.
• Vision problems.
• Symptoms of an allergic reaction such as difficulty breathing, hives, or swelling in your face, lips, or throat.

What should I do if I miss a dose of Mirapex?

If you miss a dose of Mirapex, you should take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, then skip your missed dose.

What is the strength of Mirapex?

Mirapex is available in strengths of 0.125mg, 0.5mg and 1.5mg. Generic pramipexole is available in a strength of 1.5mg.
