• Pale skin, easy bruising, or unusual bleeding.
• Signs of a kidney problem such as tiredness, shortness of breath, swelling in the feet or ankles, or little or no urination.
• Signs of a high potassium level including nausea, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, loss of movement, weakness, or a tingly feeling.
• Signs of a liver problem such as stomach pain, loss of appetite, or jaundice.
• Signs of an infection such as flu symptoms, fever, chills, sore throat, breathing problems, mouth sores, or skin sores.
• Symptoms of an allergic reaction such as difficulty breathing, hives, or swelling in your face, lips, or throat.

What should I do if I miss a dose of cyclosporine?

If you miss a dose of cyclosporine, you should take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, then skip your missed dose.
