Rexulti (Brexpiprazole) is a psychiatric medication that belongs to the group of drugs known as atypical antipsychotic. It is used to treat symptoms of schizophrenia. Rexulti does not cure schizophrenia; it helps to manage symptoms by affecting actions of certain chemical transmitters. Sometimes Rexulti is also prescribed to treat symptoms of depression when antidepressants alone do not relieve symptoms.
